Game Truck Parties in Oakland, California

Extreme Game Truck brings a 20-foot, climate-controlled video game party trailer to birthday parties in Oakland. We park outside your home, the kids climb aboard, and a personal Game Coach runs a full gaming party while you enjoy the celebration. Parties are $395 for 90 minutes or $450 for 2 hours, with each additional hour at $150, and parties are booked through the same East Bay calendar as our Walnut Creek, Concord, Oakley and Antioch parties.

Oakland is a city of very different neighborhoods, and we can set up in all of them: Rockridge and Temescal in North Oakland, Grand Lake and the streets around Lake Merritt, Glenview, Dimond and Laurel along MacArthur and Fruitvale avenues, Maxwell Park and Redwood Heights, and the family blocks of Fruitvale and East Oakland. Up in Montclair and the Oakland Hills, many streets are steep, narrow and winding, so tell us about your street when you book. The truck is completely self-powered and needs a level place to park, and if your own street is too steep we can talk through a flatter spot nearby.

Why a game truck works for Oakland birthdays

Many Oakland homes have small yards and cozy living rooms, which makes hosting fifteen or twenty kids a challenge. A game truck moves the party outside without depending on the weather. The flatlands are usually mild, the hills are often cooler and foggier, and the rainy season from roughly November through March can cancel a backyard plan. Inside our climate-controlled trailer, the games keep going whatever the forecast says.

Each party fits up to 23 guests, with 6 interior gaming stations and 2 exterior game stations, so classmates, teammates and cousins can all play. Players choose from PS4 and PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch games plus a racing simulator, and you can add online gaming with the $50 Wi-Fi option. Game trucks also work well for school fun nights, church youth group events and end-of-season team parties. Hoping to party near Lake Merritt, Dimond Park or Joaquin Miller Park? Check with Oakland Parks, Recreation and Youth Development first about bringing a vehicle in, since parks set their own rules.

Large enough for just about any party, our video game trailer will ignite any party. Extreme Game Truck's exciting state-of-the-art interiors make our video game trucks an arcade party on wheels! Our goal is to make your next party or event the most memorable ever. HD Smart TVs, Multiple Gaming Consoles, Online Gaming, a wide variety of the most exciting games AND your very own GAME COACH! No need to leave home, Extreme Game Truck comes to you. All we need is a place to park and gamers to play. We are completely self-powered. That means we can have a party at your house, a park, a school, or anywhere we can pull in. And it’s always a GREAT time!  No Messy clean-up. It’s a party AT your house not IN your house.
